There are 220 Function Room Upholstered Chairs and 24 moulded trestles that come with your hire. The tables measure 182cm x 75cm x 74cm(h). These are stored at the hall.

There is an A frame platform ladder that will safely get you to the rafter height in case you would like to string some lights or similar decorations..

There is  a data projector available free that will enable you to show all those precious (or embarrassing) moments to add impact to your event. There are screens either end of the hall.

We have a wired and a wireless system through the speakers in the hall that allows you to play music from an iPod, iPhone, iPad, Laptop or similar, volume controlled remotely. There are also two wireless microphones (with stands if needed) that allow you to get your message across loud and clear.

There is enough to feed 200 people if you need to to. Cups, saucers, small plates, large plates and bowls and all the cutlery.

Sure can, we have enough beer (285ml), still wine and sparkling wine flutes to suit the number of guests. The hire costs are on the hire form.

The use of the gazebo is definitely allowed as well as the grassed area around it. Just let us know you want to use it and we make sure the grass is mown before your event.
