All you need is a water bottle, comfortable clothing, suitable footwear and a mat for Pilates. Medical clearance maybe required.
All classes during school terms pay as you go.

Tuesday & Wednesday 8.45am -9.45am
Fun & Functional Fitness $7
A class for Older Adults includes low intensity moves to music which helps with co-ordination, balance and helps improve cardio function while being fun. There is no wrong way, just freestyle and fun!
Wednesday 10am – 11am
Mat Pilates $10
All exercises are performed on the floor. Pilates is slow controlled movement patterns to help stretch and strengthen muscles especially the core, pelvic floor and back muscles. Pilates helps with balance, posture and body alignment.
