Information for Hirers

The Centre offers very competitive rates for hire of the various rooms and requires lodging  a refundable bond.

It is the responsibility of all users to clean all areas used, remove all rubbish and leave the facility as found, however Cardinia Shire Council waste management section does offer a bin hire facility if required by users (users to arrange).

Rates quoted for each area are for 'one off' functions.  Discount rates apply for Community Group Functions and Regular Users.

Conditions of Hire for all Users

  • Set up & Clean Up Hours are charged at $30.00 p hour.

  • Facility must be cleaned and vacated by 2.00am.

  • Hourly Rates Apply and are capped at 10 hours in a 24 hour period.

  • Various Areas  in the Building can be attached. 

  • i.e. Commercial Kitchen to Hall, Stage to Hall, Stage to Community Room etc.

  • Hall hire is complete with kitchenette/bar.

  • Community Room has it's own kitchenette.

  • All rates are GST inclusive.
